The Mobile Crushing Station Ushers the Construction Waste Recycling

1. Make use of the waste building concrete and bricks to produce coarse and fine aggregates, concrete of corresponding strength grade, mortar or building material products, such as building blocks, wallboard, floor tile and others. After adding curing materials, the coarse and fine aggregates can also be used in road pavement base.

2. Make use of the waste tiles to produce aggregate which can be used in the production of renewable brick, building block, wallboard, floor tile and other building material products.

3. The waste residue can be used in road construction, pile foundation padding, foundation, etc.

4. For the dumped wooden construction waste, the wood without obvious damages can be directly used for reconstruction, and the seriously damaged wooden materials can be used as the raw materials for recycled wooden board or paper-making.

6. The waste road concrete can be processed into recycled aggregates to prepare recycled concrete.

7. The discarded steel, waste rebar and other waste metal materials can be reused or directly processed.
