The Selection Techniques of Lubricating Oil for Impact Crusher

For the long-term operation of impact crusher with high load, in order to ensure its good running effect, we should do a good job in its lubrication work. 1. Constant attention should be paid to the timing lubrication of friction surface. The lubricating work of impact crusher should be determined according to the location, temperature and other conditions of the crusher. In general, calcium, sodium base grease can be adopted.

2. After eight working hours, the inner bearing should be lubricated for one time, and every three months, the lubricating grease should be replaced after cleaning the bearing carefully with petrol or kerosene. Then add the grease for the 50% of the bearing capacity.

3. There are many ways to add lubricating oil. Use the grease gun to lubricate the bearing, or the concentrated lubricating oil adding method. There is also permanent lubrication method and so on. During the selection of lubricating oil, specific approaches need to be considered in the lubrication process.

4. If the vibration of the impact crusher is relatively large, you can choose high viscosity and lubrication oil with adhesion and anti vibration effect, which can reduce the vibration effect on the lubrication result.

5. Choose the type of lubricating oil reasonably. When selecting or changing the type of oil, you should consider the wear degree of the crusher. If the wear of the component is serious, viscous oil should be adopted. If one kind of lubricating oil will replace another, you can make a decision according to the main quality index --- viscosity; when it is used in low temperature, the condensation temperature of oil should be considered.
