The second is the cleaning area, wet coal in this area is in the material screen state raised by the copy board, which is easy to form the bonding cylinder wall phenomenon when the material falls in this region. Due to the design of coal slime cleaning device, the cleaning device can quickly clear out the bonding cylinder wall, in this process, the cleaning device also has crushing role for the material pellet caking, thus increasing the thermal conversion area, so as to improve the efficiency of heat and mass transfer and the drying rate;
The third is the inclined lifting plate area of coal slime dryer, this area is the low temperature drying zone, this zone has a low moisture content of coal slime in loose state. This district does not have adhesion phenomena after heat exchange, and the products reach the required moisture requirements, and finally move into the feeding zone;
The fourth section is the discharge zone of slime dryer. In this zone, it is not provided with the roller drying host copy board, and the material in this area is rolling and sliding to the discharge mouth to complete the whole drying process of coal slime drying machine.
