The Structure Parameters and Performance of Single Toggle Jaw Crusher

Among various types of jaw crusher, there is a kind of crushing equipment which has simple structure, low cost, simple operation, strong and durable, low repair cost, it is called single toggle jaw crusher, which can crush various hardness ore and rocks. Single toggle jaw crusher structure parameters have great effect on the working performance of the crusher; therefore, in the design of the crushing equipment, we should correctly determine the structural parameters. As the materials in the crushing cavity crusher from up to down and gradually become smaller, so as long as the movable jaw upper swing stroke can meet the required amount of compression of the crushed materials. The broken upper swing stroke cavity should be 0.01 times bigger than a given maximum discharging granularity.

Single toggle jaw crusher is the equipment which takes advantages of the extrusion and bending of materials between the two plates to conduct the coarse or medium crushing of various hardness materials. The crushing machine comprises a fixed jaw and a movable jaw plate, when the two jaw plates are approached, the materials will be crushed; when the two jaw plates leave from each other, the materials less than the discharge block will be discharged from the bottom of the discharge mouth. But in actual production of single toggle jaw crusher, because of deformation, there is a gap between the crushing plate and frame, the movable jaw swing stroke is far greater than the actual selection of the numerical theory we calculate. Usually the jaw swing stroke is between 25-45mm; for small and medium-sized crusher, jaw swing stroke is between 12-20mm; for the high efficiency single toggle jaw crusher, the jaw swing stroke is 1.33 times than the eccentricity.
