The spring system of cone crusher, ensures the material crushing force and prevents equipment from being damaged when overloaded. But at early production practice phrase the spring system is often out of order,which affects the machine’s operation, seriously wears out spare parts, and has a poor impact on yield and the size of finished products. At the same time, the equipment maintenance also increases crushing costs. So the improvement on cone crusher’s spring system appears to be particularly important.

During operation, if the spring fatigues, it will be not able to provide sufficient force to crush the ore. Then it needs a timely adjustment. But if there appears iron or hard stone in crushing, it will cause deformation and damage to a portion of the spring bolts and nuts and the spring system can’t be adjusted any more.

Therefore, we can make reasonable improvements on nuts to ensure the required pressure from the spring. Such as increasing the thickness of nuts, and regulating the diameter of the hole, timely adjusting the length of the spring and so on.

If the spring pressure does not meet the production requirements, it can also cause damage to some of the spare parts, and then wear out. Even if the immediate replacement can not fundamentally solve the problem. Thereby, we ought to adjust the spring pressure, for example to the larger direction.
