(8) It needs no rack wheel and pinion driving, but uses riding wheel for transmission.
Materials go inside the rotating roller from the feeding machine to realize downstream dying. Under the lifting boards of the cylinder, materials are constantly lifted and scattered, thus realizing heat exchange. Materials move to the other end of the internal side to the middle side for countercurrent drying. In the middle side, materials can sufficiently absorb the heat emitted by the internal roller as well as the middle roller, and then the dying time can be extended, and materials can reach the optimum drying state. Then materials move to the other end of the middle layer and fall to external layer inside which materials move forward with multiple loops, and the materials reaching drying effect will be quickly discharged from the roller under the hot air, and the wet materials that do not reach the drying effect cannot quickly move forward under gravity, so that they will be sufficiently dried inside the lifting board, thus completing the drying process.
